DynaGard® Flat is an easy to install, corrosion protection system that isolates the pipe from its support. It consists of a rigid, composite shell, fitted with a corrosion resistant proprietary adhesive. DynaGard® Flat is applied to the sleeper and provided superior wear protection. When used together DynaGard® and DynaGard® Flat create the utmost in corrosion and wear protection by creating a low friction coefficient.
Installation
- Raise pipe off support
- Clean and dry top of support
- Remove DynaGard® Flat release liner
- Stick to the DynaGard® Flat on the support where pipe rests
- Press firmly against support
